How does the whole process look?
We’ll start our relationship with a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your business goals. I love to hear about where a business has been and where it’s going! You’ll also have the opportunity to ask me questions and confirm we make a great team. I’ll send a custom proposal, which upon approval, I’ll get started on phase 1 of the process: tidying up your current online presence, before moving to phase 2: planning and phase 3: promoting. Each item will be approved before its implemented.
How long does the process take?
This is a very streamlined process. Typically, phase 3 is reached in 2-5 weeks depending on your unique needs.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
Yes, a three-month minimum is required. That ensures enough work went into building a solid foundation. After that, I am happy to set you free to DIY or transfer in house, or I welcome you to continue on with me. My clients are like family; many of which I have celebrated up to 8 happy years together.
Do you have any referrals?

Are there any extra costs?
Yes, you will be responsible for any third-party expenses, including advertising costs. Major website design and development (if needed) is also not included.
What do you need access to?
I will need access to your website and social media accounts, as well as Google Analytics, Webmaster tools, AdWords and/or Merchant account. I will guide you through adding me as a user so that you remain the account owner at all times.
How often will we meet?
Weekly check ins will be scheduled during phases 1 and 2, and monthly meetings will be scheduled for phase 3.
